CNC Zone
CNC zone enables the implementation of many individual projects related to work with plastics (PE, PP, POM, PA), wood and its derivatives, rubber and clingierit. Our machine park, experience and flexibility allow us to respond to a wide range of market needs.
Wood / MDF
We cut ready-to-assemble floors for camper vans created on the basis of Volkswagen T5 and T6 cars. The floors are made of plywood #18 and #25 with an additional abrasive surface. We also implement individual projects on request.
Furniture and interior fittings
On request, we cut out forms to be installed in camper vans and caravans based on individual designs of the Client.
Rubber
Gaskets
Rubber forms
We make rubber products (EPDM, SBR, NBR) using CNC plotters. The products are directly available from our store or made upon a Client’s order. At the request of a Client, we cut rubber by means of CNC machines.
A few words about types of rubber...
EPDM
(ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer)
This rubber has a good capacity for reversible deformation under mechanical forces. It is resistant to weather conditions, including ozone, water (cold and hot), light acids and bases, high temperature (up to +130°C) and it is flexible at temperatures up to -50°C. This rubber is also resistant to detergents, soap and detergent solutions as well as glycol-based brake fluids. It is not resistant to lubricants and mineral oils as well as aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons. EPDM rubber components are widely used in the automotive industry, construction industry, household appliances industry and whenever rubber is required to be weather resistant.
SBR
Butadiene-styrene rubber. This rubber with elastic properties is similar to natural rubber. It has increased resistance to weather conditions, including ozone, water and high temperatures. It is resistant to alcohols, acids and inorganic bases. It is, however, not resistant to lubricants and mineral oils, petrol as well as aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons. It is used mainly for production of various gaskets in the automotive industry.
NBR
(Nityl)
Very popular rubber commonly called oil-resistant rubber. Depending on the blend, it can work in temperatures from -30°C to 100°C. This rubber is resistant to engine oils, fuel oils, transformer oils, lubricants, hydraulic fluids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, propane, butane, petrol, alcohols, aqueous solutions of salt, diluted acids and bases at low temperatures and water up to 60°C. The rubber shows low resistance to silicone oils and engine lubricants, glycol-based brake fluids, hydraulic fluids of the HFD type and concentrated acids. It is widely used in the hydraulics and pneumatics and wherever rubber products are required to work in compression, at high pressures and under the influence of greases and oils.
